Our ADS business specialises in designing and deploying digital solutions that transform businesses across the UK?s Public and Private sectors. As a ServiceNow Team Leader/Scrum Master, you'll lead a significant on-premise ServiceNow deployment, driving success, continuous improvements, and alignment to Service Management standards. What you'll be doing:�

-� Designing and planning the work plan, supervising progress, and resolving issues

-� Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, and ensuring customer-focused solutions

-� Being responsible for progress by supervising epics and backlogs across the project portfolio

-� Collaborating with collaborators to make sure delivery is on-track and issues are resolved timely

-� Communicating sophisticated information clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators

-� Leading and managing geographically dispersed teams

What you?ll bring:�

-� Proven track record managing and delivering ServiceNow implementations

-� Deep understanding of ITIL processes

-� Customer-focused approach to work

-� Strong leadership and team-building skills

-� Good interpersonal and communication skills

-� Ability to articulate sophisticated information clearly to collaborators
